Once your order has been processed, the average transit times are as follows unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Please also note that VAT is NOT applicable to any purchases at Posy & Pot. We are NOT VAT registered. All invoices produced are NOT VAT invoices.
UK mainland: 3-5 business days
Every order placed using Royal Mail signed for delivery or other delivery service.
We aim to dispatch all orders received within 3-5 business days. Please note that in busier periods, delivery could take up to 10 working days. If you have ordered more than one item, your order could be delivered in more than one parcel. Our shipping options are;
Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class - aim to deliver 1 working day with proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver
Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class - aim to delivery 3 working days with proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed - will deliver before 1:00 pm the next working day
International: 10-15 business days
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government imposed charges and they vary greatly from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information.
